Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Technical Equipment for the Center of Competence CoC 03 in Belbeis City, Sharqia Governorate in the renewable energy and the energy efficiency under the Promotion of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Programme, funded by the German Development Bank (KFW) and the European Union (EU).
Project Name: Promotion of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET)-Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Technical Equipment for the Center of Competence (CoC) in Belbeis City. Sharqia Governorate.
2- Scope of Work:
The scope of this tender includes the supply, testing and commissioning of technical equipment the supplies shalt be divided into three (3) Lots for equipping the following workshops and laboratories:
Lot 1: Mechanical Equipment: Mechanical installation Workshop
Basic Mechanics & Metal Welding Workshop Innovation Hub
Lot 2: Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, and Renewable CNC Laboratory Smart Electical installation & BMS Workshop PLC Laboratory
Energy (RE) Equipment Smart Electrical Installation Laboratory Renewable Energy (RE) Workshop Renewable Energy (RE) Laboratory
Industrial Engineering Workshop
Electronics Workshop
Lot 3: Educational, Teaching, and Learning Aids (ETLA) Equipment
Bid Security: A Bid Security is required and shall be submitted as an unconditional bank guarantee valid for six months from the bid opening date. The amount and currency of the Bid Security is a fixed amount per Lot, regardless of the number of sub-lots offered, as follows:
Lot 1 EUR 6, 000 (Six Thousand Euro)
Lot 2 EUR 10, 000 (Ten Thousand Euro)
Lot 3: EUR 1, 000 (One Thousand Euro)
Tender documents will be available free of charge and may be obtained from the MEK Tenders Department either by submitting a request via email or by visiting the Misr El Kheir Foundation headquarters in person at (4 Al ahram St. Al Naloura Square, Mokattam, Cairo, Egypt) during official working hours, Sunday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 |
