Tender Are Invited For Supply and Installation of Autosamplers for Environmental Services Stations and the Network
Scope of Work
A- Implementation of the project agreement for the supply and installation of autosamplers for environmental services stations and the network in the Central Sector, in accordance with the attached specifications, requirements, bills of quantities, and authority instructions. The owner and the supervising official. The scope of work also includes all necessary work, whether permanent or temporary.
B- Implementing and completing the work as required, and adhering to the highest standards of quality, safety, and occupational health.
C- Geographic Scope and Work Requirements:
· The geographic scope includes the central sector (Riyadh city and Riyadh governorates).
· Work requirements include any personal (safety) tools or equipment required by the (technical and craft) personnel responsible for completing the work on-site during the validity of the agreement. These requirements are provided by the contractor, provided that this does not affect the quality of the work. The contractor shall bear the damages and costs resulting from the unavailability of any of these requirements, along with the application of any fines stipulated in the agreement documents.
D- Work Program and Project Implementation Duration:
· Project work shall commence:
· From the date of commencement of the agreement.
· The duration of work shall be:
· The duration of supply and implementation of work shall be four months from the date of the work order.
· Installation and operation of units according to technical specifications shall take place immediately upon supply at the implementation sites.
The contractor is committed to:
· Commencing installation work on the units upon their delivery to the implementation sites and receiving them from the owner and the supervising official within the contract period.
· Operating the units and ensuring that they operate in accordance with the required and approved technical specifications. etc.
